This virtual 1-2-1 meeting platform is a quick and easy way to book meetings with Department for International Trade Advisers or Overseas Referral Partners at home and in 50+ markets across the Commonwealth.
Below is an easy guide on the process of registering for this event.
1) Registration
- Register via the green "Register now" button
2) Create a company profile
Your profile should describe who you are, and what the company does.
3) Select the days and timeslots you are available
Meetings will be available from 08h00 - 18h00 from Mon 26th - Fri 30th July 2021
4) Wait for your registration to be approved
5) Add your product/service details
You will receive email confirmation that your profile has been approved. If you are not yet exporting, please speak to your DIT Adviser about help to get export-ready.
At this point you can log in and add more information on the marketplace about your products/services, add brochures, images and web links.
6) Book meeting requests
View participants and send meeting requests to relevant Advisors for markets you are interested in exporting your products or service to. Ensure to add why you are interested in a meeting. Please look at Advisers job title not just their location as several advisers cover whole regions or sub regions of the Commonwealth.
The Advisor(s) will accept the meeting request (if applicable), which will be scheduled automatically based on the availability you selected upon registering.
Booking rules
- UK companies can only book meetings with Advisors and vice versa
- Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted to be scheduled
- You can book 12 meetings across the duration of the event ( we'll review and increase if availability is high)
7) Your 1-2-1 schedule
- Shortly before the event you will receive your meeting schedule by email.
